Infant Parenting Classes

Infant parenting classes help new families establish a confident foundation from which to parent their children. This is accomplished by providing new parents with strategies to parent their infants capably.

Topics covered usually include feeding, awake time, sleep and naps, and learning to assess and meet baby’s needs. New parents will be given the tools to read their infant’s cues, establish routines if that is important to them, and embark on parenthood with certainty and joy rather than confusion and fear.

Classes typically meet for 4-8 weeks and often allow nursing infants to attend with the parents.
