I have been a personal and small group fitness trainer for the past 6+ years and have now expanded into the realm of postpartum doula work. I have a passion for helping women and families in their journey into parenthood!
Moms have numerous fitness options in the Greater Seattle area - whether for the purpose of recovery and wellness, regaining physique or connecting with new friends in a similar stage of life whilst getting out in the open air in the Pacific Northwest.
