Stroller Strides

Stroller Strides is a total-body fitness program, designed for new moms and their babies. Classes are 60 minutes long and taught by a certified fitness instructor.

Stroller Strides combines power walking or jogging with strength and toning intervals, along with songs and activities for accompanying children. Stroller Strides was the first of the FIT4MOM family of fitness classes – you can find out about other classes in the family here.
