I have been a personal and small group fitness trainer for the past 6+ years and have now expanded into the realm of postpartum doula work. I have a passion for helping women and families in their journey into parenthood!

Our musculoskeletal system plays a big role in getting and staying pregnant, giving birth, and recovering afterwards. Posture Therapy is a way to get out of acute and chronic pain, improve overall alignment, balance and mobility through gentle corrective exercise. The exercises are personalized to your posture, your needs and your abilities. They can be done from the comfort of your own home. Your routines are designed to help you meet your goals and makes pregnancy, birth, and postpartum recovery easier.
Posture Therapy might be right for you if:
