Fitness during pregnancy is not only safe, but contributes to a wide range of positive outcomes for both parent and baby. My goal is not just to develop your fitness program, but to educate you about prenatal fitness considerations, how to “listen to your body” during this chapter and provide guidance to help set you up for a strong postpartum recovery.
IN-HOME POSTPARTUM PERSONAL TRAINING
Postpartum return-to-fitness is about more than just being cleared to exercise at 6-weeks. My goal is not just to develop a fitness program, but to educate you about postnatal fitness considerations, how to “listen to your body” during this chapter and provide guidance to help you recover well for a strong postpartum chapter. My approach to postpartum fitness is methodical, with a strong emphasis on core function, breath and body alignment, and your long-term athletic goals. Whether your long-term goals are to be able to keep up with daily life, return to fitness classes, or run a marathon, I will work with you to recover well and recover strong.
